You not liking the QBs is not the same as no team in the entire league being willing to gamble on one. As of now, Sanders is expected to go #1 overall.

Like every year, because I'm not a hardcore college fan... My opinion of the draft and it's prospects, is mostly formed from the various draft predicters, and buzz around the draft. Now I will give you that it's still a little bit early, but not too early, to know this is a shitty QB draft class. If you think it's likely that a team would make a blockbuster to move up for Sanders, I'm just going to disagree. Especially after the last two times a deal like this has been make being atrocious trades.

At least 50% of the players involved in that “win,” who were chest thumping and going all out, won’t play another snap for the team, and many of them won’t even play in the NFL again. These were 2nd and 3rd string scrubs on the NFL’s actual worst team. But yes, team culture, attitude, the winning spirit, it’s contagious you know.

Players dont tank. even players that aren't going to be on the team. They are playing for their next contract, they are playing to hopefully make a squad for next season. Also, go ahead and look back at the many shitty players that have been cut from this Pats team the last 4 years. Yes this shitty ass roster.. and look how many of those guys are still in the NFL on another teams roster or PS. You will be surprised.

Also, FYI. The Pats put players on IR so they could sign guys from the PS for today, those players are signed for next season.

They shouldn’t, but they will. And we could have traded that pick had we just did what the Jags did in 2020 to get Lawrence - play off coverage with corners giving a 10+ yard cushion to receivers. Oddly enough, they were playing the Trubisky Bears.

It didn't need to be some kind of megamonsterblockbuster deal to have been a great help. Even something as relatively small as swapping firsts and adding, say, this year's second or next year's first, could have been big.

I get it you guys. I just think if there's a year the #1 isn't worth much, it's this year. There's a difference between HAVING to have that guy at #1, and taking a guy at #1 because in this class, he's slated to go there. I just don't think there is a deal there. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll never know. If there is a player we must have in round 2, I'd expect the team to make whatever deal is necessary to get that player. If you feel that strongly about a player, you get him.

Sure but 1st, those top end trades rarely happen, 2nd, there has to be somebody worth trading for. This draft doesn't have a player worth moving to #1 for.

Packers @ Eagles….think Philly walks, but they will need Hurts and play some D at the end of the game.

Commanders @ Rams….exciting game but believe McVay and Co. pull it out.

Whoever @ Tampa….Tampa is toast even at home, IMO. Yeah, they beat the Lions earlier this year…but they have no chance, IMO.

Divisional gonna be a rematch of SNF. And Philly is hosting the Rams I believe.
