NFL GameDay The official 2024 NFL Draft thread.

GameDay Discussion
All offense through 4 rounds
Hopefully one of these two receivers just didn’t run well at the Combine or their pro days. Gonna be hard to forget that we could have traded back into the late first for Thomas or Worthy.

Puka Nacua ran a 4.57 and was drafted in the 5th, Amon Ra ran a 4.61 and was drafted in the 4th. Seriously guys maybe lets see these guys on the field before we crown them N'keal fucking Harry

Or you know, just draft Mitchell at 34 or 37.

At least we will have the best run blocking WR's in the league!

KB gets open, catches the ball and makes plays, cool.
Sure, and he tops out around 50 catches, 700 yards and 6 TDs. You now have 6 of those guys. You can only play maybe 2 at a time.

"Stretch the field" isn't just some bullshit line people say. Teams have been stacking within 10 yards of the LOS since December 2021, because Mac couldn't deliver an accurate ball downfield. Maybe Maye can, but is there anyone on the field that can get out there fast enough? Thornton? Maybe, if he can learn how to run anything but a bubble screen. He can't even run a crossing route, it's kind of sad what Troy Brown didn't do with those kids.

It's putting an awful lot of pressure on Thornton. They don't just need 'solid' guys, they need talent.

Baker is a playmaker

Been trying to get that across to Patriots nation for a long time. The ability to seriously threaten all 3 levels is a huge part of what makes a QB elite, and it's a huge part of what makes passing games tough to stop.
