Aliens: Dark Descent is awesome. Totally fell under the radar for some people.
Played the first Sins of a Solar Empire but don't remember living it. Rome 2 was great.
a buddy of mine is big into sins of a solar empire and stellaris.. im not a huge fan

Nintendo guy here. Been playing Switch with my kids for a few years. Last night I showed my 9 yo the original Super Mario Bros and she immediately “got it” about why it’s so awesome even though the graphics are so old school now. Now she wants to keep playing it.
I’ve loved every Nintendo system. I think the only one I didn’t get into was Gamecube because I was playing N64 well past it’s lifespan.

It's a different type of game, you'll see. Really captures the feel of Aliens imo. Running low on ammo and being cut off, etc.
back in the day, about 8-10 of us at the office played Smash Brothers on N64 religiously... lost count of how many controllers we went thru from people throwing them in anger lol
was insanely competitive... we would have chicks over the office on like a friday or saturday night when we were gonna go bar hopping, etc.. and then get sucked into a competitive match of that while all these girls looked on in horror as we were screaming and yelling at each other trying to kill each other as characters like yoshi, kirby, pikachu, etc lololol
good times.. never met anyone that can even come close to beating me on that original N64 version.. they later destroyed the game with their gamecube and other releases.. totally changed the mechanics of the game

Sins was good. Sins II is good. Good space battle cinematic. I’ll take some screenshots when I’m home.

Yeah I was all about Aliens: DD last month, then got busy and haven’t gone back to it yet. Great game though lol
It’s like X-Com for anyone interested, only with Xenomorphs and Face Huggers etc.

Well I bought madden again even though I told myself I wouldn't for like the 9th year in a row. They never fix anything on the game, it's buggy, clunky, garbage. So yeah I'm retarded
Madden peaked almost 2 decades ago. There's no sense wasting your money on it ever again.

But you gotta admit this year with the rookie QB makes the franchise mode interesting. You can do all the things the Pats should've done in the offseason like building a good OL and WR group

It’s insane that one guy, Shigeru Miyamoto, created the industry changing arcade game Donkey Kong in 1981, Super Mario Bros. in 1985, and The Legend of Zelda in 1986. How GOATed is that run? And then he’s continued to create or oversee most of these series? Hard to fathom that level of greatness. Mario and Zelda are so different in gameplay.
