Ingredients
Deselect All1 pint strawberries
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
Grated chocolate or toasted coconut, for garnish
Directions
Special equipment:
an electric mixer, a piping bag or ziptop bag- Using a paring knife, remove the top of each strawberry, cut in half lengthwise and remove the core. Pat the insides dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and marshmallow creme together with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy, 1 minute.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or ziptop bag, snip the corner and pipe into the strawberry halves.
- Garnish with grated chocolate and/or toasted coconut. Refrigerate until serving time.
