That's a cop breaking the law by driving drunk, therefore a bad cop. A good cop wouldn't drive drunk. Not a good look.

The cop performing the stop isn't drunk. I don't think the guy getting arrested was a cop.
It's right in the title "Drunk cop hits officer with truck door and it's on".
