yea you're shooting to kill, the perp could still shoot them even while injured on the ground

i've always found that not committing armed robbery is a solid way to not be shot 15 times

was that the woman dangling from the apartment window?

she survived the fall with a broken arm and some other minor injuries... the person recording was the owner, it was an ethiopian maid hanging out of the window trying to escape the owner, apparently because she was locking her up in the bathroom

then she realized she was going to fall when owner found her, she asked for help and owner said "oh, thats crazy, come back inside" and then she fell.. Owner was actually later convicted of a crime and did like 18 months in prison for that

she said she was filming to prevent any accusations of murder lol

Thanks for the story on that! She was fucking lucky if that's all that happened to her after that fall.

yea, i think the that sheet metal she landed on probly saved her life.. it has a lot of give to it, so probably absorbed a significant portion of the impact and had bend to it, broke her fall... versus concrete which would have been instantaneous thud
