NFL GameDay FFL: Who Do I Start (WDIS) Thread

My thoughts:

Kyler @ Miami: It will be hot....Tua is returning...so the Cardinals will have to score points through the air. And Kyler faced a tough D last week...still scored with his legs. Miami has the #1 ranked pass D too...and have only allowed 1 passing TD per game to opposing QB's...and no 300 yard passing games.

Caleb @ Washington: It will be against Mariota. It is possible that the Bears get up 1-2 scores and just run the ball with Swift/Johnson to close out the game and protect Caleb. If Jayden Daniels were playing....I'd start Caleb. BUT ALSO...CALEB IS FROM D.C. and it will be a homecoming for him....and Montez Sweat might have a 'revenge' game against the Commanders' weak tackles...

I say Caleb.

I also think Caleb would wanna show why he deserved to be #1 pick over Daniels

Decisions decisions, this team might be too stacked. I need to try and trade a 2 for 1 to get an upgrade at RB/WR or maybe even QB

WR: KUPP. Good job.
WR: Tyreek Hill, he is back with Tua in the saddle!
WR: George Pickens, Russ is cooking again apparently.
RB: Kamara, tough match up @ Chargers...but better than Pollard/Moss.
RB: Cook, tough match up @ Seattle...but better than Pollard/Moss.
TE: Engram. Probably need to win in a shoot out vs. the Packers.
W/R/T: Brian Thomas. Looked great in London and probably a shoot out vs. the Pack.

The only one on your bench I'd consider is Pollard. The Lions will key on him because the Titans passing offense is gonna be stuck in the mud whether it is Rudolph/Levis. Ridley ain't done jack shit this year...and they just traded away Nuk. But Pollard should get volume regardless.....but like you said...your roster is too stacked.

Yeah, trade away 2 of Kamara/Cook/Pollard/Olave for an upgrade.

I think Miami's pass D numbers are skewed, once they lost Tua they lost their ability to score and force teams to throw on them, and the run D isn't very good. It's a super close call though because TN defense is good but Goff should beat them, are they up by 3 scores at halftime though and just running the ball? I don't love either this week but Kyler might need to play catchup, but I'd say Goff has the safer floor.

I think Tank Dell is going to go off this week, but i can't get him in the lineup. My hope is he explodes on my bench and I trade him next week.

With a stacked roster...always best to shoot for the higher floor. You don't need Goff to win this week...you just need him to not F up...

@Lord Guts , I think your lineup is OK.

The only change I'd make is Love over Stafford just because Love is playing on MNF....more fun to root for someone on MNF. The Saints D is some good, but they will be trotting out Jake Heaner (sp?)....so might be a low scoring affair....while Staffy absolutely will need to have the offense score 20+ to beat the Jets...
