Film, TV, Netflix, HBO, Etc. Thread

I liked the Wick movies much better than the Matrix movies. The last Matrix movie sucked. I'm sorry, but it just did.

I am very glad that they stopped the Rocky saga after 4 movies, the Rambo saga after 2 movies, the Indian Jones saga after 3 movies, Star wars after Return Of the Jedi, and the MCU after the heroes defeated Thanos. Going on from there would only have led to a lot of shitty movies being made...

Actually. I didn't think the last Indiana Jones was too bad.

Who paid you to say that?
I've seen a lot worse movies like "The Marvels" and "Madame Web". I really didn't think the last Indiana Jones was all that bad. It had a lot of action and was entertaining. It wasn't the best movie I've seen, but it was ok.

Are we talking about the same movie? We're not talking Crystal Skull here, right? We're talking the epic cluster fuck that was Dial Of Destiny, right?

That's the one. I went in with a good buzz and was entertained for the time it lasted. I'm not going to buy the movie or anything, but it was alright watching it once.

I watched "Code 8" on Netflix, dystopian sci-fi about humans with powers, interesting take on mutants. It was pretty good if you're into that sort of thing, and a part 2 just came out that's also pretty good.
