id imagine theyll go out of business

more realistic reasons millenials and younger dont buy harley davidsons:
1. They cost as much as a car, and cars are barely affordable right now
2. interest rates are insane
3. dont want to be crippled in a motorcycle accident

i have my motorcycle license, but never bothered to purchase one.. hard to justify the cost and now that im a dad, i cant risk being a cripple

I had a 1976 Triumph 750 Bonneville when I was stationed in Austin in '78. It was a nice bike. It had king and queen seats and 6 inch extended forks. It was a pretty nice bike and it was great because I could ride it all year with the weather down there.

I ended up selling it after my best friend got killed on his Harley. At his funeral his mother asked me to give up motorcycles. I said I would, so I sold it and haven't ridden since.
