Don't take it personal. I'm a little twisted.

I thought it would be a good idea to start an arrest thread for NFL players, former players and their immediate families. For example, Patrick Mahomes Sr. getting a DUI would be appropriate for this thread. Or, Jackson Mahomes arrest for sexual assault would also be appropriate for the thread.

We'll start off with Richard Sherman's DUI this morning.

He should have lost his job the moment he said he didn’t watch one of the two teams playing on that shit product called Thursday Night Football. This SHOULD be the nail in the coffin, but the color of his skin may make him un-fireable for Amazon and the NFL.

Here's an "NFL PLayers Arrested since 2000" database. There's 54 pages...

New NFL season, another raider player arrested.

Not a NFL player but funny nonetheless.:

Australian police are investigating Taylor Swift’s father, Scott Swift following an accusation that he assaulted a photographer, while the pop star’s reps say that the man acted “aggressively” and threatened to “throw a female staffer in the water.”

NSW police confirmed to the Sydney Morning Herald that a 51-year-old man reported a 71-year-old man assaulted him at about 2:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday (7:30 a.m. Pacific on Monday) and that “inquires are now underway.”

Ben McDonald, chief executive of Matrix Media Group, told the Herald, “I was just out on the job chasing Taylor. She got off a super-yacht at Neutral Bay and walked up the wharf with an umbrella over her head and a couple of security [guards] around her. Security sort of pushed us around with the umbrellas.”

He added, that Swift’s father, who is 71, “decided to add to the mix and throw a punch in.” He said that the alleged punch to his left cheek was “a shock” because “security had [the situation] under control.”

According to a Swift spokesperson, “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water.”

Swift’s father, who’s been nicknamed “Papa Swift” by the pop singer’s fans, has been in Australia in support of the pop singer’s Eras Tour. Monday night, she performed the last of her four sold-out shows at Sydney’s Accor Stadium.

In a video shared by MuchMusic to X on Saturday, Swift gushed that Australian fans made her “feel at home,” News.com.au reported.

“My band, the dancers, you make us feel like we’re at home here, you really do. It’s very rare,” Swift said.

She also told the crowd, “We have had the most wonderful time, I’ve got to tell you that. You are here in one of the most exciting cities in the world, and you chose to hang out with us. Thanks guys!”

The multi-Grammy winner also played three shows at Melbourne’s Cricket Ground.

TheWrap has reached out to Swift’s reps for comment.

More favoritism...

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) — The younger brother of Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been sentenced to six months' probation in a case alleging an assault on a woman.

Jackson Mahomes, 23, appeared Thursday for his sentencing hearing via video conference and pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor count of battery, according to online court records. Following his sentence, Jackson Mahomes was taken into the custody of the Johnson County Sheriff's office, which will determine whether he's eligible for work release.

The sentencing came more than two months after prosecutors dismissed three felony charges for aggravated sexual battery related to accusations that Jackson Mahomes grabbed a woman by the neck and kissed her against her will inside an Overland Park, Kansas, restaurant in February 2023. Those more serious charges were dropped due to a lack of cooperation from the woman, according to a court filing.

The remaining misdemeanor battery charge said Jackson Mahomes shoved a waiter who tried to come into a room where he was with the woman, according to investigators.

Prosecutors dropped the felony charges after the accuser, who was the owner of the restaurant, refused to testify in the case. The woman reported that she endured death threats and harassment and that her restaurant was vandalized in the wake of the charges. She closed the restaurant in August.

Jackson Mahomes is not the only relative of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' family to face recent brushes with the law. The NFL player's father, former Major League Baseball pitcher Patrick Mahomes Sr., was arrested in Texas on Feb. 3, accused of driving while intoxicated.

A week later, Patrick Mahomes earned his third Super Bowl championship ring in February, leading the Chiefs to a 25-22 win over the San Francisco 49ers.

Well done Chiefs fans. You ruined this woman's dream of owning her own restaurant and intimated her enough to keep silent about the assault that was committed. Fucking assholes.

Send him some Page 153 material.
I really did email him. I told him he was a scumbag and that I wished nothing but horrible things happen to him in the future. And that the Chiefs suck.

By tomorrow, they'll be claiming it was a death threat.
