Booty doesnt even try to break ot up lol

Very bad decision by Maye. Good thing it doesn’t matter in the big picture.

Shit end to an incredible comeback. Oh, well.

Fluke INT.

Drake Maye carried this team on his back. We need to surround him with some talent and we're winning 7+ Super Bowls.

Nevertheless, this is a great learning experience for Maye. Being able to carry the team (like he did today) when the situation isn't ideal is an important trait and it's what great QBs are capable of. You can't learn this sitting on the bench.

By the gridiron’s gleaming light, Drake Maye takes the field tonight, Arm cocked, eyes fixed on the goal, A leader born, his story to unfold.

With every snap, a tale unfolds, Of dedication, strength, and gold, From UNC’s hallowed halls to NFL fame, Drake Maye’s legacy etched in flame.

As the head of the Drake Maye Athletic Commission, and upon further review, I have decided to overturn this loss. The game officially ended on the final TD of regulation, and I am giving them 2 points instead of the extra point. You've got the best playet in the NFL on the 2 yard like, you have to go for it. Would have been a guaranteed conversion.

Another dub for Maye.

The Patriots were out-gained 400-295, and let’s be honest: they were extremely fortunate to score on that last regulation drive. Tennessee won the trenches on both ends. The Patriots defense was worn down as the broadcasters kept noting in OT.

A 2 yard play to decide the game, with a big, mobile quarterback, was the right way to go. I haven’t really been critical of Mayo this year because of all the laughable roster, but today he made me think a lot lesser of him. His body language and expression when calling for the extra point, despite the players clearly wanting to go for it, was a beta move. The analytics are going to be the same so this wasn’t a “smart, level headed call” but an rather an option with roughly the same probability. Given all the circumstances and momentum, it was much riskier to throw away their opportunity to win.

Learning year

For all the hoopla from the Mayeniacs, basically nothing has changed, except that the record has actually gotten worse. There is officially no doubt about it: there was no real reason to change the plan and bring in Maye ahead of time.

nothing has changed.
That's false. Maye now has 3 full games worth of experience. That's a huge change, especially for a 22 year old QB who had significantly less experience compared to the other rookies.

Concerning how our DL-men constantly got their jerseys turned. Need to fix our run fits and Mapu/Hawkins need to do better…. Maybe Dugger coming back will help some. Thought Tavai was held on a key run late in the game….

The OL is what it is….I mean the kid had nearly 100 yards rushing today because he kept getting flushed out of the pocket. 4 sacks man….13-14 pressures…. Not sustainable….

Can't float a deep shot short int he middle of the field. He'll see this over and over on tape this coming week.

The pass was OK, but locking in on the receiver and not looking off to hold the backside safety is where he fucked up…..
