Patriots vs Cardinals 12/15/24

I'm not gonna be able to watch the game today because one of my friends made her Christmas party today. she usually helps me out and does it on the Patriots bye week but she had tickets to a concert dec 8 and couldn't make it last Sunday. So I went ahead and bet on the Patriots game on here just for the hell of it which I usually don't do . So when I check in it'll probably be towards the end of the game. I'll see if I can catch some of it online.

Same with me. No game today. Telling the Story of Jesus to children this afternoon at church then the Christmas party afterwards. We're serving birthday cake to the kids for Jesus' birthday😂. Gotta get them into church somehow.

Give them free booze. Maybe set up a Pats/Cards squares contest with a $20 buy-in to get them into gambling.

Fuck whatever LOSER piece of SHIT that came up with Elf on a Shelf. I don’t participate in that and my wife and I pray every day that our kids don’t find out about it. If you participate in that, you need to get a life. How do you have that much free time to create an elf shitting a Hershey’s Kiss? Normal parents roll out of bed at least 15 minutes late, filled with dread, maybe arguing. If we tried that, I’d get tired of it within a week and I’d have the elf hang himself off the living room fan. Sorry, kids. The elf had enough. And because suicide is a mortal sin, he is also going to Hell.

But it’s also fair to note that even if Mayo enters games at a disadvantage given the poor roster, it doesn’t seem like he’s doing much to elevate the group. He said earlier this season that coaching and game-planning can make the biggest difference on third downs. He noted that most teams run pretty similar concepts on first and second downs, but third down is where coaches make their money.

On Sunday, the New England offense went 0-for-6 on third downs. Meanwhile, the Cardinals went an astounding 10-for-15.
