I think that's probably my favorite debut album of all time.

That's a tough one.

This, Blizzard of Oz (debut solo, but he was well known by then), Black Sabbath are both strong contenders. But Boston's debut probably saved / re-energized Rock Music.

Zep 1 was, but a lot of uncredited "inspiration". Bat out of Hell - Meatloaf was talented, but ahead of his time so very niche.

Van Halen's first was hard core - maybe 2nd to Boston. Great Album:
