We are a little more than 48 hours out from Queefs/Ravens (a game in which I’m rooting for the meteor). I got Chiefs -3 since I think Fagnuolo will have his team ready for a read option attack with Derrick Henry as the feature back in the red zone.

Some other games I’m looking forward to this week…

Pats/Bengals
Texans/Colts
Jags/Dolphins
Cowboys/Browns (should be a war)
Rams/Lions
 
Games I am excited to watch...

GB/Philthy - Are the Packers (and Love) for real? Is the Eagles window closing?

Houston/Indy - If the Texans are for real, they need to teabag the Colts.

Dallas/Cleveland - Interesting 4:00 game between contenders or pretenders.

LAR/Detroit - I am curious if the darling team Lions underachieve now that they are expected to win.

NYJ/SF - One fan base with championship aspirations is going to have a must win Week 2 game after this. Let's go Aaron!
 
Can't wait!!! I think overall the NFL did a good job on the schedule this opening week, lot's of good games (on paper) right out of the gate.

I've narrowed my games down to 2: Chargers v. Raiders and Cardinals v. Bills
 
I think it will be a ugly game on both sides, but Cincy will create some turnovers with Hendrickson causing havoc for the Pats T's.

Probably a bit rose-colored lenses, but I am expecting a surprise. If Jacoby can do enough to keep the D honest, and the run game is creative without being cute, time of possession could work in the Pats favor. I trust our D, even without Barmore and Judon. Gonzo is back in form, and was on his way to a DROY award. He's got to have some fire because of that.

Real football - real stakes - it's back.

Wow a Eagles fan as well. I guess I stepped into enemy territory, but to stay on topic I think the Packers might be the NFC representative this year. Be careful
