Listening to the post-game on both stations is quality comedy right now.
That sounds more like torture
It's like giving LD and Iwannablowdrake full leash on a post game. The absolutely insane amount of Drake Maye ballwashing and justifying on that one station is giving me lots of laughs, when I compare it to the more reasoned approach on the other station.
Per Mayo and Maye, the INT on the throw to Douglas was "miscommunication".
Even Man Bun called that on the broadcast.
And the Queefs have a shot to tie it lol
Calling that particular play, with this particular group of players, "miscommunication" seems like a very polite way of saying "Maye threw the ball too soon, because he got pressured and didn't look for an alternate target rather than the guy running a bomb route".
Pull your pants up, your anti Maye agenda is showing.

It's a learning experience for both players, and maybe for the coaches, too.
Douglas - As he gets more "veteran" in him, he might take a quick look back once he's beaten his man, to see if his QB needs help
Maye - Needs to either hold the ball longer and risk the sack (probably not the play, but a possibility) or come off that WR option and look elsewhere
Coaching - Might not have done enough in practice to get those two on the same page in that situation
