Inspired by Kontra's brilliant mind, I have decided to collect every racial slur ever heard, said, thought, imagined.

***This is for scientific study only, to be followed by a comprehensive research paper.***

Therefore, this is to be a respectable thread filled with compassion, empathy, and sensitivity. It is not a place to celebrate these terrible words and phrases. Be mature. Be kind. Be great. In short, be white.

Yeah but it was like in middle school and I've always taken things unseriously so didn't really affect me lol

Oh gotcha. I had a friend in middle school try to make fun of me for having a Mexican girlfriend. He announced to a group of peers, His girlfriend is MEXICAN! Basically, he said it like it was some kind of scandal.

It was nice to observe my other friends look at him with a "who gives a fuck" look.

I don't like nor do I use racial slurs towards people in the real world (i get that here,they are jokes,and wish it could be so in the world)but it's worth noting that when I was growing up we didn't really flinch that much hearing them although we knew they weren't the greatest thing in the world. but I'll tell you what the race/sex relations were a hell a lot better when I was growing up despite the fact that we used faggot, the N-word and everything else. they weren't nice, but we didn't use them with the same kind of malice that I think things are used now. it was more of a pronoun almost.

Like @HSanders , I never use racial slurs nor do I like to. However, in the past...I might have used a few as part of a standard suburban white kid bullschitt lingo..... Like I said above, the 80s-90s were different. Just rewatch any John Huges flick or any of the Revenge of the Nerds flicks or even McGyver episodes with Richard Dean Anderson ...the misgonyism is prevalent AF....and race is a thing too....I mean Lamada Lamada Lamada? Or the gay guy throwing a nerd engineered javelin...LOL Shit like that wouldn't fly these days....for better or worse...just different times.
