Williams just brain locks far too often. I don't know if he's thinking about trying a different color of nail polish, or what, but there's a real problem there.
They screwed up the entire situation. Take the TO, then you can work the middle of the field to get the FG yardage, if you get that you can take a shot or work the sideline a time or two. Just complete incompetence
