To Napier’s credit, and I almost hate to say this because I think I’ll jinx it, the defense HAS played much better since the bye and the QB rotation is working. He’s also trusted his recruiting and put underclassmen into the game over some of the few remaining Mullen holdovers. Nico has been under assault since the opening whistle. This is the Florida defense I grew up watching.
