NFL GameDay Official Week 10 GDT.

GameDay Discussion
I think this is just a normal thing for the young quarterbacks. they just don't see the guy buzzing under and they're so busy mentally processing stuff that they just go one not open 2 not open OK 3 boom. I honestly don't think they even look to see if there is a guy because that lb was so egregiously buzzing under that Stevie Wonder could have seen that.

Nope but a good learning experience.

But he'd learn more picking splinters out of ass and watch the slowest black man ever throw check downs.

Williams has been playing since week one... This is not the game to be trying to argue in favor of rookies starting immediately.

Nice to see the D make a play like that - reading and reacting correctly

psstttt den leading kc early 7-0.

He will make up for it. The greats always do. 300 yard & 4 TD game the rest of the way.

No,no, no. He'll be mentally scarred and will never recover. He could have been great, but his fragile self confidence will never recover.

So says the...

Either he'll be good or he'll suck. Playing this season will not change that.

And, yet, your argument was that he should be playing right away so that he can develop.

Correct. Development is a good thing for any player. If he's gonna be good, he'll be good sooner. Difficult times won't make him suck unless he's fragile. In which case he'd have sucked anyway.

Sorry, but you can't have that AND

You've got to pick one.

Ok, the Mac "kindness filter" is officially the gayest ad ever

I think I've said this before here, but my issue with starting qbs early isn't necessarily that they're mentally weak and they're gonna turn into a puddle of goo if things are bad.it's that they'll learn bad habits that become ingrained in them because they have such a bad team around them. rushing their reads, bad mechanics, all that stuff can get ingrained in them and it takes a lot more time to get that out of somebody with practice of which we now have a dearth thanks to the 2011 cba.

Of course I can.

If he's gonna be good, no rookie adversity is going to change that. That is the argument to sit him. He might be fragile. How gay. If he's fragile, it's over anyway.

If he's gonna be good, rookie experience (including failures) will help him get there sooner. Next season won't be a rookie season for him.

The whole argument to baby and protect these guys is flawed. If a QB needs to be babied and protected, he ain't IT.

Anyone who turns into a puddle of goo is weak already. The QB needs to be an alpha.

One of Dingle or Deus needs to make a liberal account and invade the PoFo against Dingle or Deus would make for great theatre

Neither one of us is capable of pretending to be that stupid.

Come on, now. Your whole argument is obviously wrong, as history has proven over and over, and trying to shoe horn "Must play" with "Doesn't matter if he plays" is just silly.
