I'd argue that Eli and Drew are closer, definitely statistically. But that Johnson and Gannon were both better but shorter careers.Bledsoe's better than that trio. Patriots fans, oddly enough, underrate him because of the Brady comparisons..

I think Eli is a good comp. Both were close to .500 and made the pro bowl 4 times each. Eli got lucky as shit twice. Bledsoe was a little better overall. He was a solid QB, with a good team he got there which he proved. He's in that Rich Gannon, Brad Johnson, and Eli Manning level
Johnson and Gannon were FAR smarter QB's than Bledsoe. They just didn't have his physical tools.
Jags should put Mac in.
Sack Pct
Bledsoe - 6.50%
Eli - 4.82%
Just remember with stats, Bledsoe’s achilles heel is often hidden from traditional box score. Eli was overall good at avoiding them.
As a comp, Favre played in Bledsoe’s era and was another big armed guy, and his sack pct was 4.91. Brady 4.48. Peyton was 3.13 (his best trait.)
Oh my, what a throw by Daniels...
He seems to be the clear leader in the "started week one as a 2024 rookie QB" clubhouse.
I don’t think he’s a fraud but he’s not an unquestioned top tier QB.@Kontradiction I'm telling you Burrow may be a fraud
At least he played a fuck-ton in college, he's still a rookie but far more ready to play than MayeHe seems to be the clear leader in the "started week one as a 2024 rookie QB" clubhouse.
