@Dingleberry I made an error in my bet of 700K for the Vikings Spread
I didn't trust the game with the combo of the Viking having had their first loss and the Rams getting receiver help. So this only cost me d$30k. I was originally going to drop d$280k.
The NFL is going to have a hard time convincing anyone that the refs aren’t betting on games. Even if they’re not, how do you not automatically assume that this dude had Rams money line through a friend of a friend of a friend?

I don't know know how you miss the facemask call. But if you are looking for the refs to bail you out, you don't deserve to win. Vikings had a nice run, but they are coming back down to earth.
When the officials blow an obvious call that goes against your team, it's a terrible thing, maybe even a conspiracy, and jobs should be lost with some people maybe even getting investigated for criminality. When the officials blow an obvious call that goes against some other team, that's life, and that fan base should just STFU and get over it, because bad officiating that completely changes games doesn't actually change games and that team didn't deserve to win since they couldn't overcome bad calls that were obviously game changing and/or game deciding.
And that mentality is part of why the NFL and NBA can keep getting away with shitty officiating.
It's not that it bails them out, it doesn't.. but it is a blatant call that changes the situation from "game over" to 1st and 10 from the 20 with a chance. They probably don't end up tying the game up anyway, but they deserved the shot at it.
