I’m neither a Trumper nor am I a Pats fan, so this has the potential to go very, very poorly for me.
That said, I do agree wholeheartedly with Kontra and others about the very poor direction of both PatsFans and PatriotsPlanet, so I’m hoping that that supersedes disagreement on matters less important than the very serious interwebz.
Mostly unfamiliar faces, so happy to make a first impression.
Scratching my head though at one person that registered given that the unfiltered nature of this board seems very counter to someone that’s a constant Karen to the mods about “personal attacks”, but definitely want to start fresh with everyone.

Please speak your mind here. There are a couple here who are apolitical and just roll their eyes at those who are political. But nobody wants an echo chamber. Same with your football fandom!

I hope other lefties follow you. We’re putting out feelers in general (mostly through socials), so we may hopefully have some fellow libs to turn the Political Forum into an interesting board with some good back-and-forth dialogue soon.

The problem most of us had at PatsFans is that there are dozens of threads to click on, there’s great technology to ignore/mute threads, posters, etc and to personalize the experience…and yet, so many people who go into threads, cry, stomp their feet that this topic is “beating a dead horse” or that it’s toxic, continue to click on and participate in similar threads, and continue to cry. And others like to trash talk but then cry to the mods.
I think the unwritten rule here is just to select the option you want. If people want to trash talk, let them. If you have Trumpers, fine. Don’t click on it. Create an anti-Trump thread. Just stop whining that others want to do their thing.

Just an update. My esteemed colleague, @Lord Guts, has uploaded new post reactions and is working on a new layout. I also apologize for that stupid ass AI picture that I uploaded when I was messing around the banner settings. For some reason, it keeps randomly coming back. May have to put in a ticket for that one.
It’s right here. I’ll take care of it real quick.
You may notice that there is a new Sportsbook on the website thanks to the work of my Mexican brother, @Lord Guts. He crushed it. This will be separate from the DB Casino.
