Super Bowl 58 Pregame Thread: 49ers versus Chiefs

From what I understand, Chiefs ML is being hammered, SF bets have come in on the spread. It's something like 80/20 which is crazy. It'll be interesting to see if the line moves late before kickoff. This isn't a typical situation where sharp money would normally come in late. With the line being set -2.5 SF alot of early money from "Pros" was bet because they know that's the best number they'll get. The public being huge on the Chiefs side is a big ol' red flag. Which is why i kinda like alternate spread SF blowing out the Chiefs like the Bucs did, just a sprinkle though.

Aha I don't understand this Chiefs hate you Patriots fans have. They're not a divisional rival
It's because the fans and media want to anoint Mahomo the goat after 2 SB victories which is just fucking retarded. They also happen to be some of the dumbest fans I've ever interacted with.

Weird that the Chiefs were -3 in 2019 and the public was split as the perception was 49ers were much more talented overall but Jimmy G factor.

This time 49ers are -2, and everyone is picking the Chiefs, even though the 49ers have a QB who threw 31 TDs, 11 INTs, and was statistically better than Mahomes across the board.

I guess Chiefs defense accounts for some of this but again I think a lot of it has more to do with the false perception that the Chiefs recently leveled up and the 49ers leveled down, even though both teams have the same players and coaches they’ve had all year (and throughout most of the year, most people would say the 49ers are in a distinctly higher class than the Chiefs.)
That Chiefs team was stacked on offense Hill/Kelce/Watkins/Williams
