I like Gin, but so many of the higher end ones are way too perfumey for me.

Hendricks is what I recommend for drinkers who don’t like gin. It’s higher end but lacks the controversial notes that turn many off from gin. Basically, if you don’t like Hendricks, you don’t like gin, period. But I’d try it with some club soda and cucumber slices. It goes hard and clean.

You, my friends, are an understated part of why NFL fans around the country HATE the fucking Patriots. For twenty fucking years, coinciding with the rise of the internet, and later social media, the Patriots dominated the most dramatic sport in the world, lead by the once-in-a-lifetime, Tom Brady, and everyone had to fucking hear it from us, again, and again, and again.

The other fan bases yearned to be able to run their mouths like us. They had pitiful, fleeting opportunities, and then ultimately had to just eat shit and hear it from us again, over, and over, and over.

I’m probably a part of the reason NFL shut down their forums, and I know you would be too.

We have a shared football experience, from the Dynasty, 4th and 1, the stunning 2007 defeat, the Brady injury, our next Dynasty being delayed by a Hernandez murder spree, bitch ass Wes Welker’s betrayal, Gronk injuries, #4, the second Dynasty, and on.

For a long fucking time we all helped make rival fans online extra fucking miserable.

We made them salivate at the thought of stupid conspiracy theories, we made them live or die on Brady’s playoff success.

Together we rained enough salt on the wounds of these Patriot-hater pieces of shit to make sure Carthage never sees a grain of wheat again.

One day in the offseason, when I am not drunk and not putting way too many hours into the picker, writeups and Shamlock...I will tell you about my experience at multiple super bowls tailgating throughout the game outside the host stadium! @everyone It's great to be back after my hiatus. Even though I wasn't posting here, you all were never far from my mind. I joined several other sites including Pats, music, Cats and funny shit related pages. I never felt as comfortable posting in them as I felt here. Most of them were really anonymous with little to no exchanges with other members. Others were very restrictive in their amount of posts or content. There was one that had a 3 posts a day limit. I was a member for about 15 minutes.

Even though those were all subjects I enjoy, the sites still didn't feel quite right. I had my freedom to post whatever I wanted and to say whatever I wanted here. None of those other sites provided that. I also missed the actual connection to other posters like we have here. This is a small, but I think, kind of a close knit community compared to the other sites.

They say that home is acceptance. I feel accepted here and I guess that makes this my internet home. Thank you all.

I won't address everyone individually, mainly because I'm a lazy fucker and don't feel like typing everything out. But I would like to express my thanks to the brain trust here.

@Kontradiction Thank you for giving us not only a place to talk about the Patriots, but also a place to meet up with our internet friends. This is more than a just a sports site. This is freedom as all sites should be. I'm grateful that you have the courage to provide such a place.

@Dingleberry Thank you for running the sportsbook and the other contributions to the site. What you do takes a lot of time and effort and I and I'm sure others appreciate what you do. In fact, I'll bet on it.
