2025 Draft thread

Trade. THEFUCK. Down.

Staying at #4 for ANY-FUCKING-BODY is so fucking retarded it's not even fucking funny.

In a year where anyone at the top can be picked at any time, I've got no problem with them taking the dual threat or the TE at #4. I'd want to see the medial on the pass rusher's foot before deciding on him, but he'd be another to at least think about at that spot.

It might not be ideal, but this is the kind of year where you don't want to take a chance of losing your choice, because the alternatives aren't going to be equivalents.

What are your concerns on Campbell aside from arm length? My primary is that he gets out of his stance too high. But he’s faced a very good litmus test of pass rushers in his college career.

because of his T-Rex arms?

Arm length/wingspan. Utterly inadequate for an NFL LT.

Numbers Matter.

What about as a guard? Campbell slid way down my rankings after that, but the tape is good and arm length isn’t as much of an issue inside.

I'm not saying that the Patriots should draft Campbell at #4, because I think this year's top 10 is not a normal top 10 and is more of a "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" situation, but the notion that a half inch of arm length means it's impossible for a player to be an OT is an absurdity.

Drafting a FUCKING GUARD IN THE FIRST FUCKING ROUND?!?

Aside from QB, TE, and one corner position, where is there not a need on this team? They can pretty much take anyone at any position other than those three positions and it will go toward addressing a need.

Hopefully they do enough in free agency that those needs are no longer glaring and they can lean towards BPA.

And, really, right now they still need a TE, too.
