Excellent list. Luckman is either #9 or ahead of a few of these guys. In fact, he has a very strong case to be ahead of Baugh.

Yes. Luckman is better on paper. Baugh was the league’s first celebrity quarterback and face of the NFL. Baugh threw for over 300 yards and 3 TDs in championship game in his rookie season. Luckman’s success was largely (unjustly) tied to Halas, but the two had the first big QB rivalry. Luckman won 4 championships to Baugh’s 2. Both won a lot of awards and set lots of records.
