Did you use bread flour to make the dough? I just went with some of my Italian class to an Italian cooking demonstration and she was making focaccia bread.she said if you use bread flour you can use that same dough to make pizza and other types of bread.Now that I know how easy it is to make this dough I'm intrigued.. I wonder if it'll make good bread of it it would be too chewy. I've never made bread and now i'm like fuck this shit is easy and I want to make my own bread. I guess I'm gonna look up bread recipes.

Focaccia that she showed us wasn't too bad effort wise and it tasted delicious. she actually just put it in like a regular 8 / 8 or 8 / 9 square pan and baked it after it rose for a while. I can attach a photo that has a picture of the recipe for it if you'd like. it didn't seem like it was that difficult to make. You actually let it rise after you put all the stuff in it like olives or whatever else you want to flavor it with.Yes I used the King Arthur.

#icalldarkmeat!!!It's actually a relatively small group this year (less than a dozen due to illness and a "Their side of the family this year"/travel situation), but I always make sure we have at least two birds. It avoids conflicts about favorite parts, and it allows for more stuffing. And there's always turkey soup, turkey pot pie, turkey salad, etc...
