Gloves and Speedo Workout, Fitness & Nutrition Thread

happy with progress i'm making in weights class. I switched to going to the night class where the instructor teaches the same classes on tues (so 4x) then a different class for thurs for a month, i can see progress even better. i'm up to 20 s for rows, sometimes snatches, and presses on my back and a 40 for swings. getting better at pushups also. Naturally the biggest differences in my wimpy little arms.🤣
