Everyone in that room is upgradeable. Probably can't be done in 1 season though. And I think guys like Pop and Boutte would be better if they were secondary pieces.Absolutely. The Patriots don't just need a WR1. They need a WR2 and WR2. Bourne had even more of a down season than I expected after his injury, so I can't rate him as a WR2 right now. Douglas is a SlotWR. Boutte is too inconsistent to be relied on as more than a WR3/WR4, really. The rookies both looked as if they didn't even belong in the league, never mind as WR1 or WR2.
