The NFL becomes more lame and gay every year. And, with the addition of the female referee, they've already put a chick in it. Cartman strikes again.
Moving the deadline is actually a smart decision. But it's still too early. It needs to be at the 2/3 point of the season. So this needs to be moved to either week 11 or 12 (move it to 12 if you're going to an 18 game abomination of a schedule, move it to 11 if you're staying with the slightly less of an abomination 17 game schedule).
You may not like my take here but I like it. If you have a elite returner it makes things more interesting
You fix the kicking game by bringing back the rules that allowed for a kicking game. You don't do it by using stupid and unnecessary gimmicks like this one.
