The important thing here is that Mayo can really communicate with today's players.

Cheap shot by Uche. Maybe Mayo should call him to the sidelines and speak words? Say something like, “hey man, you shouldn’t have done that?” He can even make angry clicks at this point.

This team is still putting it together. The new front office, coaching, OL players, WR corps all need time to gel. No need to be so down on everything.
I tell you what I am looking forward to - when the OL gets it together the rest of the team will follow. We've got talented skill players that just need a little bit more time for the plays to develop.
And I really don't want to hear it - I put a lot of my personal time and money into this post because, for me, it's about the team and the community. It's not about money.
