Bill should have given up the GM duties the second Reese came in and helped him draft the second iteration of the franchise. As soon as Reese was gone and Bill was left to his own devices, the talent pipeline became badly depleted.

I got nothing to back this up - just a hot take, I guess - but I think BB was excellent at putting the list together, draft or FA potentials and pretty bad at selecting the ones that had the best shot of living up to that potential.

Next Thursday night actually be a good game if the first half doesn’t take an hour and 45 minutes because of the flags.
After this game, we might need to have congress pass a law against too many flags by NFL officials.
I don't recall the exact years those were.. I know Bill was worse the last chunk of years.. I'd say he still hit on some guys, especially on D, but the misses were really costly.
