But there's no "BB's been drafting like shit for years, because he's been ignoring the scouting department" to foist bad picks onto this year. This year, it's all about that scouting department.

He was pretty accurate at the college level. Where he’s struggled are the times when his primary read is covered or doubled and he needs to move through his progression. He’s been prone to turnovers in those situations.
I’d sit him this year were I Mayo. Let Brissett start and hold down the fort. Show Maye how to prepare, the work ethic it takes to succeed, and let Maye learn.

With Bourne coming off of injury, Polk's the best WR on the team right now. He's going to be a 2 for this team. He'd be a 3 for a good team. One league executive gave a comp of Jakobi Meyers, another gave a comp of Tyler Boyd.
Polk doesn't play fast. He's not a separation guy. Lazar's seeing what most people have seen with this pick. He's just translating "early burst" to "playing fast".
