Not only did he not keep McCarthy but he denied a request for McCarthy to interview for the Chicago job THEN he decided not to keep McCarthy so he'd already kind of probably aced himself out of a couple of good potential replacements. I just don't understand it.I thought for sure he was gonna extend McCarthy maybe give him a 2 year deal or something. I don't get it at all.
