This is about as valid a one of Jack's arguments. Every single one of those "pros" for Troy, Tom has done and done better. Early career - find the open guy, don't force it. Later on - Randy and Wes = numbers. Then came The Gronk/Julian era - Tom could make any throw, but when it came to winning v numbers it was all WIN. As in "Just kick the field goal ... we win." Not "I got to get me a TD pass. Nope - the Team has to get a win."

As for toughness - any defensive great who faced him will tell you he was as tough as anyone. Impossible to rattle.

These types of takes are stupid. Of course he has a chance. He has 3 Super Bowl MVPs already. Brady has set the bar very, very high. Both things can be true.

Yeah and he’s still plenty young enough. I don’t think he will do it because there’s only so far down the road they can keep kicking that cap can down the road. On the other hand, they’ve drafted well. Even at the bottom of each round, which was something that BB apologists used to deflect the blame from him during that lean decade that was the primary reason for the team’s decline. So who knows?
