The NFL is one of the most watched sports in the world. Not only that, it is one of the most followed sports as well. Being that the sport is so popular, there are many NFL fans all over the world, and everyone of them has their team.

The Buffalo Bills took on the San Francisco 49ers during Sunday Night Football yesterday. The Bills did come out victorious and there were tons of fans who were extremely happy about the win. Some went as far as to jump in the snow shirtless.

The 49ers put up a good fight and according to one X post, so did one young fan who attended the game at Highmark Stadium. After beating cancer, a young 49ers fan was able to attend the Bills vs 49ers game in Buffalo.

I can't believe I'm saying this but a rowdy and rude Bills fan (yes Bills fan ) pushed Mia down the stairs in their section 312. I'm all about positivity, so I hate to post this but after my last photo with Mia provided so many of you a smile, I figured I'd post a follow up.

However, the experience did not go as planned for the brave young fan as she was pushed down the stairs by a Bills fan. “The Mafia is about kindness and fam and this is so far from it. So disappointing,” they said.

“Brutal. Who tf does that? Post a pic of the ‘fan’ and make that POS famous,” suggested one fan.

“Embarrassing. Hope Mia is OK. I understand if she hates Bills fans for life but that is not who we are. 99.9% would only protect Mia,” added another.

“Someone had to see the scumbag that did this,” said one fan.

“Omg is she ok??? I hope we can expose this POS “fan” and let karma do its thing. Poor Mia, I hope you’re ok baby girl. Team Mia all the way,” added another concerned fan.


“I hope yall handled that bills fan in the stands,” hoped one fan.

“Awful that a Bills fan would do that,” said another.

“They do this every game, the kindness they do with donations is all BS to make themselves look good,” another commenter pointed out.


One fan didn’t even have the words, simply commenting, “shameful.“


While there is currently no identification on the fan who pushed Mia down the stairs at the stadium, NFL fans all around social media are currently one the look out for anything that may help determine who could do such a horrible act.

So, I've mentioned that I have a possible legal situation going on. I just want you all to know, I'm not being accused of anything illegal. All this happened within a couple of weeks after my best friend and my cat died. I was kind of emotional at that point and found this to be a great distraction from that, which is why I had obsessed about it. This is what it's about.

I bought some pins on ebay and paid within 10 minutes. So, 2 days later the seller (AKA Bitch) printed a tracking number for shipping the pins to me. I waited 6 days after that and the bitch still hadn't shipped them. So, I told her I wanted a refund because I was sick of waiting for her to ship. She responded "I still have the item" (this is important later). I told her I still wanted a refund and she lied and said she had been blocked from her ebay account and couldn't print a label for shipping. She forgot she had already printed one that I could see. I told her I wanted a refund and that was it. I opened a case with ebay.

The next day she sent a refund to me. I decided to leave her negative feedback for lying to me and being argumentative. A couple days later she sent a message saying "I was going to regret leaving her negative feedback". The next day I looked and she left a response to my feedback saying that she had sent the pins to me, but I demanded a refund, which she did, and I kept the pins and the refund. Basically saying that I had stolen them.
The feedback and response (before I found out it was a female):

I wanted a refund because the seller took too long to ship. When I asked for the refund, this is what the seller said in PM's "I wasn’t in my account so i had no access to anything" and "Can’t ship it if i can’t print a label". I guess he forgot that he had already printed the label 6 days earlier. So, basically he lied about not being able to ship it that whole week. He doesn't want to take responsibility for his actions and just not shipping it because he didn't feel like it. Unacceptable.

Not sure what people get out of lying but, i was logged out of my account for 3 days and was able to ship the item after 4 days. (Which i don’t think is that long of a wait time) the buyer asked for a refund after the item was already shipped and i told them the item was on its way, they didn’t care and still demanded a re fund. I sent the refund and the person kept the item. They never returned the item, i lost around $100. Then they left a negative review.


I called ebay and talked until I was blue in the face to get her response taken down because it was an absolute lie. They saw the proof it was a lie and acknowledged it. But, they refused to remove it. This is the shit sandwich I received:

I want to sue the bitch for libel. I checked the California codes and it meets the credentials for libel. It should be a slam dunk case.

I also want to sue ebay for allowing her to not only threaten me, but to leave her, as the ebay rep put it, "Slanderous and illegal" response to be viewed in a public forum.

I have all the evidence showing she never sent the pins, including where she sold them on ebay a couple of weeks after that. I think my case is really good. I have all the documentation showing our messages back and forth, her response and ebay's response.

The response is still up in a forum available to be seen by the public.

I'm at a standstill with ebay. They won't allow me to message any higher ups. No accountability or transparency. I spent well over 16 hours on the phone with them.
I also allowed it to affect my health. I had been obsessing about it and a couple of weeks after I found out about it, I had a doctors appointment. My blood pressure was 200 over 102 which made my doctor concerned especially since I have a pacemaker. She put me on high blood pressure meds because of it.
I went last week and my BP was 127 over 72 which is much, much better. I learned to let it go somewhat. I am very well aware of it, but not obsessing about it anymore.

I've been on ebay for 18 years and have done 1,000's of transactions. I've never gotten a negative or even a neutral feedback response. I try to do business the right way. When she slanders me on a site I do business on, I think it affects it. She's calling my character into question and it's in public view.

I think there's a law that protects social media sites from being sued. I believe if they don't know it has been posted, that would be the case. But, an intentional disregard of removing a slanderous statement should be cause for them to be responsible. Especially when they acknowledge it. At least I would think so.

You assisted the seller by allowing him to get away with, as you put it, a "slanderous and illegal" post to remain up in a public forum. Ebay, in its absolute brilliance, also allowed him to threaten me. I won't even mention when he sent a photo of his phone number to another buyer to contact him off ebay. I guess these are the type of sellers you want on ebay. He's still on so you're approving his actions.

Those violations of ebay's "policies" don't really matter. What it comes down to is ebay wants to protect it's sellers because they make ebay money, buyers don't. You apparently don't care what's right or wrong as long as the money keeps flowing in. .

You sent a nice flowery email to lessen the fact you're not going to do anything. In my opinion, that makes ebay complicit with his illegal actions. Ebay's encouraging it and providing him the forum to do it. Maybe someday you'll do the right thing, but I really doubt it. I'm not sure the braintrust at ebay even know what the right thing is anymore.

I've been on ebay for 18 years with perfect feedback. I try to do things the right way. Maybe I should be a jerk too so I can get protection from ebay. Because I'm certainly not getting any now.

Unfortunately, the numbers were all out of service area or not what I was looking for. The only valid one was a customer service number which I've already talked to for about 16 hours. I'll try the mail.

Okay i'm gonna bitch a little...

We've been getting snow, and I went to use my 4-wheel drive today and now I'm getting a malfunction (flashing lights on the dash), doesn't feel like it's engaging. I had just used it around Thanksgiving during that storm.. Fuck. I still need to get my inspection sticker, I already paid for it and was denied because the shop said they couldn't fix my leaking tire. If I hadn't told them about the tire It would've been fine I'm sure, it's a super slow leak. Regardless, the couple times I've brought my truck there they always find some bullshit (add-on) that they recommend I pay for. Don't think I'll go back there again. But now I need to take it to the dealer which is at least close by.. just dreading that bill.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — A Florida prosecutor says he will seek to vacate as many as 2,600 convictions of people who bought crack cocaine manufactured by the Broward County Sheriff's Office for sting operations between 1988 and 1990.

The Florida Supreme Court ruled in 1993 that people couldn't be charged in cases where the sheriff's office made the crack cocaine and undercover deputies then sold it to buyers who were arrested and charged.

Broward County State Attorney Harold F. Pryor said Friday that while his office was reviewing old records, prosecutors realized that many people may still have criminal charges or convictions on their records because of the sting operation.

“It is never too late to do the right thing,” Pryor said in a statement.

It’s just one example of how the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980s and early 1990s led to harsh police practices and heavy criminal penalties.

Some people may have been convicted of serious felonies because they bought drugs within 1,000 feet (300 meters) of a school. Conviction under that law required at the time that defendants be sentenced to at least three years in prison.

“They were arresting people not for selling, but for purchasing,” Ed Hoeg, a defense lawyer, told the Sun Sentinel of Fort Lauderdale. At the time, Hoeg was a public defender who represented Leon Williams, whose appeal led to the state Supreme Court outlawing the practice.

“They had detention deputies posing as dealers,” Hoeg said. “They would sell it, and these poor people who were addicts were buying it. And they were selling it within 1,000 feet of schools, so the penalties would be greater.”

The sheriff's office said at the time that it began making crack because it didn't have enough of the seized drug to use in its sting operations and because it didn't have to later test the cocaine content of crack made by a sheriff's office chemist.

“We find that the law enforcement’s conduct here was so outrageous as to violate Florida’s due process clause,” the state Supreme Court wrote in the decision.

Pryor said he notified Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony that Pryor would ask judges to vacate the convictions. Pryor said Tony supports the plan. Some defendants may also be able to seal or expunge the records, the prosecutor said.

The review will take “a considerable amount of time,” Pryor said. He said his office will contact people who may be affected.
 
A personal bitch today.

I went to drop off some toys at a local business today. They were for a "Toys for Tots" drive for kid's Christmas presents for people who can't afford them. This is something I do every year.

But anyway, I went in the business carrying a bunch toys to donate. I looked around and wasn't sure where to place them. I asked this old bitch who was employed there, (I don't think she does much work), what I should do with the toys I brought. It seemed like a reasonable question at the time. She gives me this shitty look and says "What do you think you're supposed to do with them? Put them with the other toys left here".

I looked around again and saw ONE (1) toy on the floor over in a corner. So, I went and dropped the toys I had in that corner too. I said 'Thank you" and she just fucking glared at me as I was leaving.

I wasn't expecting a parade, fireworks or anything for dropping off some toys, but a little civility would have been nice. Some people can't help themselves, they're just genuine assholes. I think she was one.

Fuck her and anybody that looks like her.
