When it comes to dating, who has the bigger disadvantage, a 5’7” male or a 6’0” female? Let’s assume both are equally fit / attractive relative to their gender.

And let me add this: a fit female has an advantage over any male in terms of initially getting attention, dates, sex etc but not really in terms of being a keeper. So this question is more about finding a long term mate rather than just the initial dating stages.

So if you were wanting to have the most broad appeal based on your height, would you rather be born as a 6’0” female or 5’7” male?

6'0" female. No question about it.

Just for sheer volume there has to be more 5 foot 7 men than there are 6 foot tall females but I don't know that for a fact.
