You must be tiny. If I ate only 1,400 calories in a day, I’d be in a bad place. Everyone around me would suffer.my calorie allowance to maintain is 1,400.

is the nature's own better than the other one? local walmart doesn't have it,haven't tried meijers yet(both stores were on the list at the website as suppliers).Found that Nature’s Own bread and made a tuna sandwich. It was good, tasted 85% like white bread, just lacked the sugary kick but the texture was normal.
A can of tuna, half serving of mayo, relish, slice of tomato, two slices of bread = 300 calories, 41 grams of protein. That’s fantastic. I’m gonna try a BLT and grilled cheese soon as well. It’s great eating normal things without my calorie/protein ratio getting compromised. If I can still eat regular butter and mayo, even better.
it may not be the most accurate estimate. the app i use to track calories calculated it based on my weight, and height and i think activity level. i'm small framed and weigh about 130 at 5'5 1/2".You must be tiny. Similar taste. The other one actually tasted a little better but Natures Own has better macros.is the nature's own better than the other one? local walmart doesn't have it,haven't tried meijers yet(both stores were on the list at the website as suppliers).
I try to go bed earlier nowadays but my sleep hasn’t been the same since I got PTSD. My dog wakes me up too (to beg, what an asshole.) Now I’m coming to accept that I’m a night binger and eat less during the day - sometimes just all protein shakes - because at night I have less impulse control.Just keep drinking water. The downside is that you’ll have to get up and piss at some point in the night, but it helps with cravings. Do you still go to bed late? That could also be why you’re starving before you go to sleep. I’m in bed between 9-10 PM.
They’re for macros only. If I can max my nutritional targets with them, great. I would never go halfway where it tastes a little better but it doesn’t have significantly better macros than food.i like shakes but they aren't satisfying as far as eating because i'm not chewing anything.
The Smith will destroy your calves. In a good way.Everyone on Reddit dogs the Smith machine but I actually prefer it for some exercises. Calf Press is perfect on this compared to barbell. Also I prefer to Squat with it since I can go lower, keep my form, and not stress about coming crashing down. Going to try Military Press on it tomorrow and hoping it will be better given my rotator cuff issues since those get recruited on this lift when doing barbell.
I’m just keto-ish in the sense I’m protein focused and I try to avoid processed carbs, but that’s just because they make me more hungry. There is no food at all that’s a NO to me, as long as it fits into my budget for calories and protein. I like blueberries. I can eat a ton of them with few calories and they’re filling. Sometimes I just acknowledge I need something sweet and sugary, so fruit/berries is going to be much more satisfying than corn syrup.currently eating popcorn with no preservatives or any added ingredients. organic. usually that fills me up a bit. after i come home from tower fit, maybe have my fave fruit "dessert" i made up. 1 c or less bluberries,6-8 strawberries,a med banana,1/2 c organic almond milk unsweetened, 5 tbsp almond whipped topping, and 5 tbsp organic pb powder(this is a lifesaver for pb lovers like i am). no added sugar,no dairy.
@Ice_Ice_Brady guessing blueberries are a no no for you if you are keto-ish?
