Seems like sort of an admission that moving on from Diggs was a mistake, though.
I don't agree. I think diggs' talent wasn't worth his bullshit.

I should have been more clear, sorry. Moving on from Diggs without already having a replacement WR1 either in place or in mind.

The Browns have confirmed what everyone expected: Deshaun Watson is out for the season with a torn Achilles tendon.

“Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) this morning confirmed that Deshaun Watson sustained a ruptured right Achilles tendon in the second quarter of yesterday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The injury will require surgical repair, and Deshaun will miss the remainder of the 2024 season. A full recovery is expected,” the Browns said in a statement from the team...

Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will return to practice this week after missing the team's past four games, coach Mike McDaniel said Monday.

Tagovailoa was placed on injured reserve after he was diagnosed with a concussion in Week 2, the third diagnosed concussion of his NFL career. In his absence this season, the Dolphins (2-4) lost three of their four games and are 2½ games behind the AFC East-leading Buffalo Bills.

McDaniel said medical experts have deemed it safe for Tagovailoa to return; barring any setbacks, Tagovailoa and the Dolphins are aiming for him to play Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. He technically has not cleared concussion protocol but isn't able to do so until he resumes practicing...

Tampa Bay just became a team that might have interest

He hauled in his 100th career receiving touchdown with 10:27 left in the first quarter on the Buccaneers first possession, but by Tampa Bay's third drive, he was once again in the end zone, albeit with a hamstring injury and is expected to miss some time.

On Monday, head coach Todd Bowles said the team doesn't expect Evans to return before the Week 11 bye, meaning he'll miss the next three games: vs. Falcons, at Chiefs, vs. 49ers. That'll give him ample time to rest before Tampa Bay plays the New York Giants in Week 12 on Nov. 24...

Alvin Kamara isn't leaving New Orleans anytime soon. The five-time Pro Bowl running back has agreed to terms on a two-year, $24.5 million extension, as confirmed by CBS Sports NFL insider Jonathan Jones. Kamara is now signed through the 2026 season.

The extension helps the Saints in multiple ways. While it keeps Kamara in New Orleans longer, it also saves about $18 million in salary cap space for 2025. This is Kamara's first extension since he penned a five-year, $75 million extension in September of 2020...
