John Hannah. Now THAT is a HOF Guard.

Who were the tunescribe-like yahoos here who told me Joe Thuney was a future HOF? Good grief. What an embarrassing take.

Thuney >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shack Mason.

I look at Diggs as the bridge WR1, and the guy who may just have to accept that he's going to see all the coverage roll towards him even as his ability to beat such coverage has diminished.

He's certainly getting paid now like a WR1; he better start acting like one... which of course he won't.

He's cooked
Unless he's a freak of nature it's gonna take at least this entire year to get 3/4 of the way back. One thing I hope doesn't work anymore is his mouth. Don't people remember what a crappy(for him) 2009 Tom Brady had? He was chucking and ducking and throwing hospital balls all over the place cause he wasn't recovered yet. Yes I know he had complications but he also doesn't have to cut like a wide receiver.

This was a fantastic move. Vrabel absolutely killing it here this offseason.

Diggs will put up monster numbers with Maye. Josh Allen is the cancer in Buffalo and the reason why his relationship with Diggs deteriorated. It's why that garbage franchise will never win a Super Bowl.

By all accounts, Diggs is a good locker room presence who just loves football and wants to win.

Of course you support Diggs over Allen. You always side with the black guy.

I don’t like him either, but, at this point, he’s the safest bet there is because our WR corps has been absolute ass for about 8 years now. I’d much rather have traded for Aiyuk. With Diggs, I’d think that makes OT an absolute certainty. I haven’t had time to do more draft profiles, but I’ll put some together on Campbell and Membou. My preference would still be Banks.

Not sure what you're basing that on, and it may end up being that the injury does that to him, but he certainly wasn't cooked last season.
Basing on that his production declined and his pace when healthy would've finished him the worst production he's had in a while. That and yes the injury is key a 30+ year old WR coming off a ACL gonna be tough

Hope I'm proven wrong tho

But about that:

8 games
47 catches on 64 targets
496 yards

Translate that to the last season's numbers:

17 Games
107 catches on 160 targets
1183 yards

That would be

17 games
99 catches on 136 targets
1054 yards

Numerically, there really wasn't any notable decline, particularly when you take into account the better surrounding cast (compared to Buffalo) in Houston taking away some of the plays that might otherwise have gone to him.
