im honestly comfortable with a total makeover/transformation on offense because the last 2 years have produced if not the worst offensive product in the NFL, damn near close to it.

The defense is the strongest part of the team, and i think we'll have enough veterans and coaching consistency there that it will continue to be a strong point

the offense has been dog shit.. so you really have nothing to lose by totally flipping the table over and starting over there.... bring in an innovative offensive coordinator, use draft capital and salary cap to provide them legitimate caliber talent, and let them cook

Unless we get very lucky and nail the draft with a new QB, we are looking at another cellar-dwelling year. How we approach FA is going to be interesting, but I'm doubtful we'd sign a QB there with Mayo's comment. that draft pick will say a lot about the direction

if they go QB, then thats a huge commitment at #3 so Mac is possibly traded or is our backup for 1 year best case scenario.. and then the new young QB works with the new OC, and hope you strike gold

or they draft an OT or WR, and go after a veteran QB in free agency with Mac as the backup..

or they draft an OT/WR and decide to give Mac another shot with a new OC and some offensive talent..

this is definitely the most interesting draft we've had that I can recall anyways
