Anyone remember the Deion Branch situation in 2006? Looking back, I wish Bill would've cut a deal with him to remove the fines as he was up to $600k on a $1M salary and convince him to play one more season before becoming a FA. They probably win a Super Bowl with him in 2006. He walks and they still sign Stallworth and trade for Moss/Welker in 2007.
Fast forward to now, the 49ers can't afford to lose anymore players, especially their best WR. I'm not the biggest fan of Aiyuk, but you can kiss any chance the 49ers had for a Super Bowl goodbye if they trade him. Deebo will have his annual injury that bothers him. 49ers need to just tell him he's not going anywhere and if he cuts the crap, they won't Franchise tag him (which I don't think they even could given they are way over the cap next season).
