have you ever done half rdls? we did them today...imma be hurting tomorrow. you lift up to about your knees, set back down,repeat.she had us do it 4x,then fully deadlift. was part of a circuit. amazing how much harder it was. i use 20s and i was sorry.
i just made ground chicken tacos last week! i used crushed guac chips and no lettuce or hot sauce but a bit of taco sauce. i also might eat the leftovers with salsa instead of tomatoes. if you have a costco membership,they have small cups of avocado mash,i think 12 or so per package. they are great if you love avo but don't need a whole one.Homemade taco salad is like a hack for my macros. So, so good and still hits the protein numbers without excessive calories.
- Half pound lean ground beef (96%) seasoned in taco mix
- 1 serving sour cream (30g)
- 1 serving shredded cheese (28g)
- Small amt of guacamole/mashed avocado
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Hot sauce
Comes out to around 500-550 calories, 50 grams of protein. Could sub in chicken for even more protein and/or less calories.
Basically just use lean beef because it will taste similar with all the seasoning and mixed ingredients, and don’t use tortillas or shells, and it still tastes awesome.
