Nice prediction. Seems that the Chiefs just need to be in a competitive game to guarantee a win, or at least 99.99% of the time. So the only sensible bet against them is they get curb stomped. The Chiefs have only lost one competitive playoff game since 2019 (Cincy) and it was because Mahomes basically turned down the win after being served it on a silver platter. Every other win, which is almost all of them, has involved timely plays (to their credit), luck, and usually 2+ game changing officiating controversies.

Refs can make the difference in a 3 point game. Refs can't do shit about an ass kicking.

Mahomes said he would take more ownership of this loss than any other game in his career. He put the Chiefs in a bad spot, he thought, and despite all the times he pulled the Chiefs out of bad spots this season during their string of one-score victories, Mahomes thought he did not play to his standards this season, especially when he struggled early in the year.
Mahomes said he would spend the offseason figuring out how to beat what defenses are doing to him.
