You don't need to pay, you just need an accountIt's times like these where Musk having put in that monetary requirement for perusing Twitter really gets annoying.

Idk bros we should've just kept BB at this point

Analytics should be a part of the pregame prep (% of time the offense is in 21 personnel, for example), but it needs to be a small part of it. It has no business being used on the field, IMO. Analytics can’t measure momentum.Heavy analytics is coming to the Patriots, despite their comparative ineffectiveness in the NFL. The nerds are coming to ruin another sport, the way they have ruined basketball and baseball.
Good, let them..And, as something that gives me absolutely no surprise....
The media is now crapping on McDaniels as O.C..
100% agree with this.Analytics should be a part of the pregame prep (% of time the offense is in 21 personnel, for example), but it needs to be a small part of it. It has no business being used on the field, IMO. Analytics can’t measure momentum.

I don't give a shit if this is an obvious pairing. Sometimes the best decisions are the simplest and most obvious for a variety of reasons. And that's how I view this. We are incredibly lucky that the stars have aligned for this staff to happen IMO.

They probably imagine the interview going like this. We've got morons who's argument is
"But I want something different!"
as if the last two seasons of Jones wasn't different, and as if last season wasn't different, and as if different doesn't frequently fail all over the NFL.
After interviewing with the Patriots on Tuesday, it appears it didn’t take long for new head coach Mike Vrabel to make up his mind when it came to Josh McDaniels.
According to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, McDaniels is indeed returning to New England as the team’s offensive coordinator, bringing him back for one more stint with the club.
His return certainly makes sense. One of McDaniels’ biggest attributes has been his ability when it’s come to developing young quarterbacks, having had success with players like Matt Cassel, Jacoby Brissett, and most recently, Mac Jones.
That made McDaniels the most qualified choice when it came to whose hands the team should put the future of Drake Maye in, and he’s also the safest option.
For Vrabel, it’s also a smart hire. McDaniels will be able to run the offense on his own, freeing up the new head coach to focus on other aspects of the team as he settles into his first season.
I like this move, they are going to run Vrabel's Defense, they had a great relationship so much so that Vrabel promoted him to assistant HC. Hopefully (if it happens) they can have him for 2 or 3 years.
I love what he said about teaching situational awareness and game management to Maye. Vrabel is as good as gets in that department, having learned from the best in his prime.Vrabel theoretically being able to at least mostly leave the offense to McDaniels would make this easier to swallow, as it should allow Vrabel more time to focus on helping the rookie play caller.
