Not sure but from what I'm reading initially it's 23 m per year obviously the details matter. I guess this is my initial reaction and the Titans may end up getting a bargain if Ridley balls out

The Titans had the most cap space in the league, and they used it. The Patriots had the space, too, and could have blown him away, but chose not to do so.
